    Charges made in foreign currencies: The conversion commission is 2.5% for each charge. These fees and commission will be charged when they are incurred and will be included on the next statement.

Please Note (Additional Terms)

1. Account must be in good standing. AIR MILES®* reward miles will be earned on the amount of all eligible purchases, less credits and returns. Funds Advances, Finance Charges,  AMEX cheques, annual fees (if applicable), other fees, and charges for travellers cheques and foreign currencies are not purchases and do not qualify for reward miles.


2. Earn 350 Bonus AIR MILES® reward miles the first time you use the Card, when you apply online by August 31, 2009. Please allow up to six weeks for the bonus to be awarded. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.



3. Subject to approval.  All rates expressed as annual rates. The applicable rates are 19.99% on purchases and funds advances.  If you have one Missed Payment at any time after the date that the first balance transfer is
posted to your account, the introductory rate on balance transfers will be revoked and balance transfers will be treated in the same way as purchases, including the applicable annual interest rate that applies to purchases at that time.  If you have Missed Payments, the applicable rates for your account will be 21.99% and/or 25.99%.  Balance transfer may only be requested at the time of application unless we otherwise permit.
